R1 Fitness currently ships within Australia only. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend required.

Processing Time

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. R1 Fitness cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
